Applicable extra charges
Deliveries below the listed working days notice are subject to inquiry and subject to extra charges. In certain cases, extra equipment or manpower are required to complete the delivery and are subject to extra charges. As specified in the General Terms of Sales, the Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery owing to customary or dock holidays or local restrictions and regulations.
Deliveries for most bulk products are subject to inquiry with a minimum of 7 working days notice and 7T order. Deliveries at some terminals (chemical, oil,...) are subject to inquiry due to port regulations.
