Deliveries below the minimum volume are subject to extra charges. Deliveries outside listed operation hours are subject to extra charges. Deliveries below the listed working days notice are subject to inquiry and subject to extra charges. In certain cases, extra equipment or manpower are required to complete the delivery and are subject to extra charges. Delivery delays of two (2) hours or more caused by the vessel's crew are subject to overtime and extra charges.
As specified in the General Terms of Sales, the Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery owing to customary or dock holidays or local restrictions and regulations.

NOTE: If vessel is Calling CORE terminal (formerly known as CONSOL). Kindly note that terminal is known for frequent schedule changes with little notice.
Terminal does not permit bulk transfer at berth.
Vessel exceeds size limit for stop at Baltimore anchorage - Annapolis anchorage delivery may be required If this is the case, then a $7500 out of port fee applies to delivery to Annapolis.

Annapolis anchorage is typically 2 ½ -3 hours in transit ( each way). Transit times can sometimes be longer based on where the pilots place the vessel (if they are all the way at the southernmost part of Annapolis anchorage it can add another 30-45 minutes. Winds and tides can also impact transit times. A job at Annapolis anchorage takes us out of port for the whole day. These deliveries to Annapolis are also weather dependent.
