Applicable extra charges
Delivery(s) outside listed operation hours are subject to extra charges. Deliveries below the listed working days notice are subject to inquiry and subject to extra charges. In certain cases, extra equipment or manpower are required to complete the delivery and are subject to extra charges. Delivery delays of two (2) hours or more caused by the vessel's crew are subject to overtime and extra charges.
As specified in the General Terms of Sales, the Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery owing to customary or dock holidays or local restrictions and regulations.
