Applicable extra charges
Delivery(s) outside listed operation hours are subject to extra charges. Deliveries below the listed working days notice are subject to inquiry and subject to extra charges. In certain cases, extra equipment or manpower are required to complete the delivery and are subject to extra charges. Delivery delays of two (2) hours or more caused by the vessel's crew are subject to overtime and extra charges.
As specified in the General Terms of Sales, the Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery owing to customary or dock holidays or local restrictions and regulations.
Deliveries ex-pumped IBCs are possible only in multiples of 1,000 litres and only for TALUSIA UNIVERSAL, TALUSIA HR 70, ATLANTA MARINE D 3005, AURELIA TI 3030, AURELIA TI 4030 and AURELIA TI 4040. Deliveries ex-pumped drums are subject to inquiry at some terminals and during the winter time. Deliveries to new build vessels are only in packed products during the construction period. Deliveries at some terminals (chemical, oil,...) are subject to inquiry due to port regulations. Please contact your local Lubmarine office to know more about specific constraints. Express deliveries during the weekend are subject to inquiry due to customs clearance time constraints.
