Applicable extra charges
Deliveries below the listed working days notice are subject to inquiry and subject to extra charges. In certain cases, extra equipment or manpower are required to complete the delivery and are subject to extra charges. As specified in the General Terms of Sales, the Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery owing to customary or dock holidays or local restrictions and regulations.
For bulk deliveries, the minimum volume is per order (see above) and the minimum volume per main grade is 2,000 litres. For packed deliveries only possible C/O agent's warehouse and during normal working hours. In other cases, additional charge will apply.
