On Sunday 22 May, Scugnizza and her crew won an important series of races shown on national TV channels in Italy, becoming the Tyrrhenian Sea ORC Regatta champions.
Total Lubmarine sponsors the racing yacht Scugnizza which is owned by its captain Enzo di Blasio and based in Naples, Italy.
A fast but comfortable racing yacht, she has won many races and is emblazoned with the Total Lubmarine logo along both port and starboard hulls. Technically, Scugnizza is a Nautilus NM 38 S designed by naval architects Maurizio Cossutti and Emanuele Pillon.
The start of the fifth and final race in the Tyrrhenian Sea ORC Regatta was scheduled to start at 11:30 but was delayed for an hour due to lack of wind. Eventually with a good 12 knot breeze and some patience on the part the crew, Scugnizza outsailed the competition over the course of the afternoon and took first place in her category.
