On 12 October Total Lubmarine inaugurated a brand new barge: Atlantic Supplier in Rotterdam.
The barge will be used exclusively by Total Lubmarine to supply lubricants and will operate between Ertvelde in Belgium and ports in the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp (ARA) range, delivering products blended in Total Lubmarine’s Belgium plant. Staff from barge operator Postrans and Total Lubmarine gathered to celebrate the launch of the double-hulled vessel, which has a capacity of 1,800m3 and 16 tanks. The Atlantic Supplier has already loaded a cargo of Total Lubmarine’s recently launched product, new single oil solution Talusia Optima and is distributing the lubricant to customers’ vessels in the region.
